Cancellation Policy

Strict: A Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

House rules

• Check-in: 16:00 – 21:00
• Check out: 10:00
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Pets are allowed

Additional rules

• House trained dogs welcomed but must be supervised and not left home alone.
• Maximum 2 dogs per booking.
• We will charge £20 if any dog excrement is left in the garden and send you a photo (so please check its clear when you arrive and inform me with a photo if you see any. It has to be on the day of of your check in please)
• Strictly non smoking, inside and outside.
• Strictly no events.
• Only the number of guests on the booking can stay at the premises
